After booking a session, you will be contacted by a Mindagon Care Assistant. They will assist you in choosing a therapist, ensuring you find the right professional to meet your needs.

How long does therapy last?

Our therapy sessions typically last between 50 to 60 minutes and are scheduled weekly or bi-weekly. The frequency of your sessions will be suggested by your therapist based on your individual needs and therapeutic goals.

How can I connect with my therapist in an emergency?

In urgent situations, please contact the Mindagon Care Assistant for immediate support. They will connect you with an on-call therapist. If the on-call therapist is unavailable, you will be directed to another available therapist or emergency services for prompt assistance.
