Meditation refers to a range of mindfulness-based practices that aim to enhance inner peace, emotional regulation, self-awareness, and mental clarity by training focused attention and awareness. The goal is to gently guide awareness to experience the present while developing non-judgmental observation of thoughts, emotions and sensations that arise.
At Mindagon, we teach meditation to clients as part of holistic treatment plans to reduce anxiety, manage worry/rumination, foster self-insight, handle challenging emotions, navigate life changes skillfully, resolve inner conflicts, and deepen mind-body connection for overall well-being.
